We make scrapers with three different thicknesses of steel for both our full scraper sets.

What is common between both sets are the thicknesses and dimensions:

The thinnest is 0.016" thick saw plate and measures 2 1/2" x 4" (6.35 cm x 12.7 cm). The other 3 scrapers measure 3" x 6" (7.62 cm x 15.24 cm) and are made with 0.020", 0.025" and 0.032" thick saw plate.

The difference between the two sets is the hardness of steel. We sell both a softer steel (made from 1080 spring steel) and a harder steel (the same 1095 spring steel we use on our saws). Why? The softer scraper set is very easy to put a hook onto
